Care That Works—When We Work Together
Visits are broken down into 2 basic categories: "New Patient" and "Existing Patient" you'll find details about each section below and how we can best work together as a team
New Patient Visit:
Our goal is to make the most of your time by providing attentive, high-quality care focused on wellness and long-term health.
We want you to know upfront: we do not offer injury or pain-focused care. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’ll be happy to connect you with trusted nearby providers who specialize in those services.
Before your first visit, we encourage you to complete your intake forms online. This helps us spend your appointment focused on your care and personalized plan.
What to Expect as a New Patient
During your first visit, we take the time to thoroughly understand your needs and set a clear path forward:
✅ Focused consultation and exam to understand your spine and movement
✅ Full spine adjustment if appropriate
✅ Clear explanation of your findings
✅ Recommended adjustment frequency tailored to your goals and needs
Your first visit typically lasts 20–25 minutes, giving us enough time to evaluate, educate, and provide meaningful care from the very beginning.
🧘♀️ What to Wear to Your Appointment:
Comfort is key—your visit may include movement assessments, soft tissue work, and full-spine adjustments, so I recommend wearing:
• Comfortable, stretchy clothing
Think: workout or athleisure wear—T-shirts, leggings, joggers, or gym shorts are perfect
• Avoid bulky or restrictive items
Jeans, dresses, skirts, and stiff fabrics can limit your range of motion and may make it harder to access treatment areas
• Clean socks are a good idea, especially if you’ll be lying on the table or removing shoes
No need to dress up—just come as you are, ready to move and feel better!
Existing Patient Visits:
Follow-up visits are focused and effective, designed to meet you where you are and support steady progress without taking up too much time from your day.
What to Expect
During your visit, we focus on what really matters: getting you moving comfortably and feeling better.
✅ Full spine adjustments to restore motion
✅ Targeted soft tissue work when needed
✅ Simple tips for posture and movement you can use at home
Each visit is focused and purposeful, typically lasting about 10–12 minutes. Every session is designed to provide meaningful care, and as you progress, your plan will be tailored to your needs and goals.
🤝 What I Expect from You
At Comfort Care Chiropractic, healing is a team effort—and you’re the most important part of that team. To help you get the best results from care, I ask that you:
✅ Stay Consistent
Follow your recommendations. Chiropractic works best with momentum, and consistent visits lead to real, lasting change.
✅ Keep Your Appointments
Your time is reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so that another patient can be seen in your place.
✅ Be Open and Communicative
Let me know how you're feeling, what’s working, and what’s not. Your feedback helps me fine-tune your care to serve you better.
✅ Commit to the Process
Progress takes time. Our focus is on restoring and improving spinal motion and flexibility. Your body needs consistency, patience, and care to adapt, heal, and thrive.
Together, we’ll build lasting changes—one visit at a time.
