💲 Pricing & Care Structure
New Patient Welcome Visit
At Comfort Care Chiropractic, care is built around how your body moves, stabilizes, and adapts over time — not just where symptoms show up.

Each visit is intentional and structured to help you understand your body, restore motion, and build long-term stability.

My 4-Pillar Approach to Care
Every visit incorporates these four pillars, adjusted to your needs and phase of care:

1. Chiropractic Adjustments: To restore healthy joint motion and reduce mechanical stress on the spine and extremities.
2. Targeted Soft Tissue Work: To address muscle tension, guarding, and compensation patterns that interfere with proper movement.
3. Stretching & Mobility: Focused on improving flexibility where restriction limits movement quality.
4. Specific Rehab Exercises: Individually selected exercises to strengthen stabilizing muscles and help prevent symptoms from returning.
Not every pillar is emphasized equally at every visit — your care evolves as your body improves.
🔔 Please Note:
I do not bill insurance (including Medicare). I offer self-pay rates for wellness care; HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Care Phases & Progress Reviews
To ensure care remains effective and goal-oriented, progress is reviewed at regular intervals.
Care at Comfort Care Chiropractic is typically organized into 12-week phases, based on how the body adapts to improved movement, stability, and neuromuscular control.
At the end of each phase, a Re-Assessment is performed to:
-
Measure progress objectively
-
Identify remaining movement or stability deficits
-
Update rehab exercises and care recommendations
-
Ensure care is still appropriate and effective
This approach helps ensure that care remains purposeful, efficient, and individualized, rather than open-ended or indefinite.
Care frequency and duration are always adjusted based on individual progress.
Follow-Up Care
Reset Sessions — $80
30 minutes

Reset Sessions focus on reinforcing progress made during earlier phases of care.
These visits may include:
-
adjustments
-
soft tissue work
-
stretching
-
rehab progression based on your current needs.

Most patients begin with weekly visits, then transition to less frequent care as stability improves.

If there is a gap in care of 45 days or more before completing a recommended phase of care, a comprehensive Re-Assessment is required to re-establish baseline findings. The fee for this visit is $100.
